Our team look after every single detail of your stand. The list of services they have delivered is endless. We look after all of the admin and paperwork involved with the stand risk assessments and health & safety forms, freeing your team up from this time consuming task. We provide the obvious services for every one of the 300 stands we build every year, such as electrics and furniture. For most of our clients, we collect event collateral from their office and take it to the venue to save them having to take it with them. We provide giveaways in line with client brand and event objectives. We help clients with pre-show marketing, social media coverage, augmented reality features and interactive quizzes. We’ve provided branded cookies, professional barista services, lookalikes, magicians, we stock the fridge and guess what… we’ve even provided the kitchen sink.
Not only do our team take care of all the planning before the show, but they’re also on site during the build to ensure that when you arrive for the stand handover, everything is just as you want it to be. They will even stay on site during the show if needed to provide round the clock support. After the show, they make sure that all of your collateral and materials are returned as required or stored in our top class storage facility. Peace of mind at its finest.
